We hereby refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email address collection programs or other technical devices, and warn that violations will be subject to criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Penalties for Violations
Those who collect, sell, distribute, or use email addresses for information transmission in violation of Article 50-2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection are subject to a fine of up to 10,000,000 KRW under Article 74, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the same Act.
Relevant Legal Provisions
Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Electronic Mail Addresses, etc.) ① No person shall collect electronic mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect electronic mail addresses from Internet homepages that expressly indicate refusal to collect electronic mail addresses.
