WIT Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company') establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Article 1

Categories of Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following personal information. ■ Required Items (upon inquiry submission) • Name, company name, contact number (phone), email address, inquiry content ■ Automatically Collected Items (upon website visit) • IP address, cookies, service usage records, visit date/time, browser type

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes: • Receiving and responding to customer inquiries • Providing quotations and product/service information • Delivering technical documents and samples • Sending notifications and guidance related to service use

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, the information is retained for the period prescribed by those laws: • Records related to contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (E-Commerce Act) • Records related to payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act) • Records related to consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (E-Commerce Act) • Communication log records under the Communications Secrets Protection Act: 3 months

Article 4

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes personal information only within the scope of the purposes specified in Article 1, and provides personal information to third parties only when permitted under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the consent of the data subject or as required by law. Currently, the Company does not provide collected personal information to any third parties.

Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company does not, in principle, outsource personal information processing to external parties. Should outsourcing become necessary for business purposes in the future, it will be disclosed in advance through this Privacy Policy.

Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Article 12

Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of enforcement. In the event of additions, deletions, or corrections of content due to changes in laws and policies, we will notify through the notice section at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
